Witness fashion like no other!...was the challenging moto of the 6^th Athens Xclusive Designers Week that took place with great success from 30.10 til 2.11, at Ethniki Asfalistiki Conference Centre.

Every day many friends of fashion, designers, journalists, buyers, celebrities and artists visited the catwalks and the Ethniki Asfalistiki Conference Center so as to watch the unique participations of the AXDW designers from Greece and abroad, and the glossy side events that took place.

The trends for the Spring/Summer 2010 were presented by 20 designers:

Among them, 6 new designers:

Bassam Dawood, Paris Valtadoros, Darousso by Dusanka Duric, Evangelina Kavroulaki,Nayo P, Zina Glou, as well as the PANSIK fashion design school show.:

In the 6^th AXDW, Fashion became a Festival:

• Opening party powered by BEST 92,6, sponsored by Elite Stoli.
• A glamorous night of New Designers Awards ! The Best Designer Award and the Best Trendsetter Award were won by Evangelina Kavroulaki and the Best Catwalk by Dusanka Duric.
• AXDW supports this time the aims of Elliniki Eteria of Enviroment and Culture. Fashion with Social Responsibility: this is the philosophy of AXDW! A fashionable t-shirt especially designed for that cooperation with the message «designed to inspire» was sold during the 4 days of the event so as to reinforce the aims of Elliniki Eteria.
• A unique photo exhibition dedicated to the Modern Movement of 30s, with pictures of the most beautiful buildings of that decade in Athens and an interactive action buying stickers so as to reveal a huge photo of a 30s building!
• An open forum with the participation of university people, architects, businessmen and designers regarding the Modern Movement of the 30's.
• A photo exhibition by Amanda De Val and George Mestousis, dedicated to homeless children.
• An xclusive exhibition of the most fashionable covers of the biggest fashion magazines
• Live Booths by Best Radio,VFM and En Lefko. Music loves fashion and in every AXDW, well known radio producers perform live from AXDW venue!
• Dj's sets with radio producers in the catwalks.
• MAD TV had set a banner with concept «Τell us your secret fashion tip» during the 4 days of the event, where people could say on camera their fashion secrets!
